Hangovers when you're over 30

Hangovers when you're over 30

If you are still partying the same way you partied when you were in college and you are 30 or older, you are probably noticing that your hangovers are getting worse as you age. You are not imagining it, the hangovers are getting harsher with the passing years and they will continue to get worse. Spoiler alert: this isn't your body telling you that you had an awesome time last night; it's your body is telling you that you're old and you need to be in bed, binge-watching some dumb TV show. If you need reasons why you should slow down your partying then keep reading.

You can't process all that alcohol

The older you get, your body can't process the drinks as well as it used to. In your younger days you could throw back shot after shot and not blink an eye, but as soon as you cross the age of 25, your body can no longer keep up with that kind of alcohol intake and you won't be able to recover like you used to.

Body Fat

As you get older you accumulate more body fat. That fat can't absorb alcohol, and generally the more body fat you have, the lower your tolerance is and the more severe your hangover will be.

H20

Even if you are drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day, you still probably aren't getting enough hydration because your body water decreases as you age. Having less water in your body means that alcohol will increase your risk of dehydration and alcohol will remain in a more concentrated form in your system for longer.

Stress

The older you get, the more stress you accumulate. It might seem like a good idea to drink the stress away, but in reality the euphoria and good times don't last and will only make you feel worse afterward.

Getting older isn't a bad thing, it just means you are in a different chapter of your life and you should find things that bring you the same kind of joy that partying in your younger days did. If you still want to have a crazy night on the town once in a while, Nutrovape Recover will make sure to reduce those nasty headaches and lessen your nausea the next day. Nobody wants to hang out with the same frat bro they did when they were 19; it's ok to grow up and admit that you love a draft beer and binge-watching series online.

Ain’t no Party Like a Nutrovape Party

Ain’t no Party Like a Nutrovape Party

Parties are supposed to be fun, but they’re all too easy to **** up. This article is going to cover some options to try the next time you want to entertain a rowdy crowd.

As a great host, the first thing you want to do is prevent your guests’ hangover in the morning, so start off by socializing with some Nutrovape Recover. Nutrovape is 100% natural and a great way to prevent you feeling like absolute ass the day.

Food:  This is a no-brainer – having a great spread is key when having guests over. Finger foods and "build-your-own" meals are always a hit, you don't need to do anything over complicated to satisfy your guests. Serving a buffet style dinner is a nice touch as well.

Drinks: Just make sure to drink responsibly and know your limit. Always have a DD or call a cab/Uber/Lyft. Make sure your guests know that they are welcome to crash at your place if needed. Playing fun drinking games can also make things interesting. (A great game is to watch a movie and put a hat on the corner of your tv, whenever the hat lands perfectly on someone's head you all take a drink – you will be surprised how often you drink.)

Music: If your friends aren't into movie drinking games, you can never go wrong with music. Putting together an upbeat playlist can make (or break) a party and get everyone into a great mood. Take requests from your guests a week prior to the party, so then everyone will have an input and enjoy what they're hearing.

Theme:  Parties with themes are always a fun time. ABC, 90's grunge, and toga are always popular choices that make people get creative and get into the spirit of things. It’s always fun to see what people come up with.

Hosting a party doesn't need to be stressful, so take a deep breath, get some taco ingredients and crank the sound system – everyone will have a blast.

I Feel Hungover, Why Don’t You?

I Feel Hungover, Why Don’t You?

The dreaded hangover. The older you get the more it totally sucks. Pain, the fog, the laziness – it doesn’t get much worse. Forget getting anything done. But why do some people go out all night, knock back shot after shot, and wake up the next morning like nothing ever happened? (jerks…)

Sadly for all the hungover people out there right now, the problem could be genetic. An Australian study found that genetic variants may partially account for the reason some people get hangovers and some people (jerks..) don’t. Another fun fact – the study also showed that those with that specific genetic variation tended to go out and drink more than those who didn’t have that gene. According to doctor Wendy Slutske who’s an esteemed professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia, identifying the “hangover gene” could be the next step in also identifying why some people are alcoholics or susceptible to alcoholism.

Another study done in Korea found that there may be another compound involved in this hangover equation – cytokines. Cytokines are another culprit behind hangovers. The study, which involved taking blood from 20 sober men, then taking blood again 13 hours after drinking, found increased cytokines levels. The kicker? Some participants had lower levels than others. Those with lower level reported having less harsh hangovers, than the participants who had high levels.

But if you do get hangovers, you should probably consider yourself lucky. People that never feel the morning after misery could be susceptible to over drinking and therefore be at higher risk for alcohol poisoning. Scary stuff. But if you want to lower the intensity of your hangover, no matter who you are, we have the solution.

Introducing Nutrovape Recover. A natural blend of Prickly Pear, Milk Thistle, Green Tea, L-Theanine, Glutathione, Turmeric Root, and Vitamin B12, Nutrovape Recover reduces hangover symptoms. Just take around 10 inhalations BEFORE your first alcoholic drink, and take a few more every hour as you continue drinking. Don’t leave for the bar without it.
