Top Music Festivals of 2017
Music festivals are becoming more and more popular with each passing year. While festivals like Woodstock paved the way for what we see today, there is so much more variety now more than ever before. Take Ultra for example, having already happened this year we can say that this gathering of electronic music enthusiasts is one of the largest of its kind in the United States. There's also Coachella, which goes for more variety, including artists like Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga and Radiohead to name a few. Below are ten of the best music festivals that will happen in 2017, not including those that have already occurred, like Ultra, EDC and Coachella.
Hangout Fest (May 19-21) - Taking place on the shores of Alabama, this festival will give attendees a chance to relax on the beach and listen to popular artists like Twenty One Pilots, Mumford & Sonds, Chance the Rapper, Frank Ocean and more.
Shaky Knees (May 12-14) - This fest is dedicated more towards the rock, folk and alternative crowds. Cage the Elephant, Pixies, X Ambassadors, and more will be in attendance. Fans of 90's music will be happy to know Third Eye Blind will be playing. Shaky Knees will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.
Lollapalooza (August 3-6) - Lollapalooza has been around for 20 years and is still going strong in 2017. Big names show up for this festival, including Muse, Wiz Khalifa, Blink-182 and more. Lollapalooza will take place in Chicago, Illinois.
Bonnaroo (June 8-11) - There's no denying the fact that Bonnaroo is one of the most popular music festivals. Huge names show up to this event, and so do thousands of festival goers. In Manchester, Tennessee U2, The Weeknd, Lorde and so many more artists will be performing.
Governors Ball (June 2-4) - Situated in New York, New York, the Governors Ball is going to be huge. Artists like Tool, Wu-Tang Clan, Childish Gambino and so many more will be playing here. This is going to be one you do not miss!
Primavera Sound (June 8-10) - So this one may not be in the United States, but it's still one that you shouldn't miss. Located in Portugal, the Primavera Sound will have Bon Iver, Aphex Twin, Justice, Run the Jewels and many more incredible artists. Be sure to buy that plane ticket now!
Firefly Music Festival (June 15-18) - We could just say that you should go to this one because Bob Dylan will be there, but there's so much more at this Delaware festival. Thirty Seconds to Mars (Jared Leto!), Miike Snow, Weezer and Dillon Francis are just a few of the awesome headliners that will be playing.
Vans Warped Tour (June 16-August 6) - The one great thing about Vans Warped Tour is that it tours! That means this festival is more than likely coming to a city near you. At Warped Tour you'll be seeing a lot of punk and rock bands like Goldfinger, Dance Gavin Dance, GWAR, Streetlight Manifesto and so many more.
Boston Calling (May 26-28) - Don't plan on making it Governors Ball to see Tool, don't worry they'll be at Boston Calling, too. Also joining the famous rock band are artists including The 1975, Mumford & Sonds, Chance the Rapper and special guests Hannibal Buress with the comedy.
Rolling Loud (May 5-7) - Fans of rap music, this ones for you. Taking place in Miami, Florida, Rolling Loud is one, if not the best, rap-centric music festivals taking place in the United States. Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Post Malone, Migos, Travis Scott and many other artists will be on stage at this event.
When going to any festival, always make sure you are readily prepared. Pack plenty of water, sunscreen, shelter, a pack of clothes and, of course, some Nutrovapes. If you need to stay awake for that one band you just have to see, try one of the Nutrovape Energy. Need some help falling asleep after an exciting day? Take a few inhalations of the Nutrovape Sleep and get a good night's rest for the next day of partying. If you plan on partying hard, the Nutrovape Recover will help you fight off any ensuing hangover that may happen the next day. Let's face it, having a hangover at a festival is never fun.
